Gibilisco/Huizar v. Thomason Mechanical Corporation, et al. - $23.2 million dollars was recovered following a jury trial by Tom Beck and Greg Vanni. This tragic accident involved a huge conveyor system that suddenly collapsed, resulting in the death of one client and paralysis of another.
Grassi v. UDO - Tom Beck and Greg Vanni obtained a record jury verdict of $6.65 million for a trip-and-fall case. This case involved a heavily disputed trip-and-fall accident resulting in severe personal injury to the plaintiff.
Macias v. Drewry - San Bernardino County Record jury verdict for the wrongful death of a child, $2 million.
Proctor v. Newberg - California record jury verdict for loss of consortium non-paralyzed spouse, $750,000, total verdict $6,896,264.
